For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) throughout the European Union on 25 May 2018, IC Career Coaching (ICCC) undertakes to manage your personal data with clarity and transparency.
What personally identifiable information does the ICCC collect and how is it used?
When you visit, register or order products or services on you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, email address, home or business address and other information. ICCC will not collect personally identifiable information from users while they use the web site, unless they voluntarily provide it to us or authorise us to collect such information. Users may provide other information about themselves, in addition to the mandatory personal information (hereafter “Voluntary Information”).
If you decide to purchase any courses through the Website we may ask you for the details needed to process any payment that is required by the relevant third party course provider.
If you choose to take any assessments available through ICCC website we will also maintain a record of your responses to and results of those assessments.
What do we do with your personal data?
By registering with ICCC website, it is understood that clients are actively soliciting career coaching or contact from prospective employers and recruiters about opportunities which match their fields of interest. If you are a work seeker we will therefore make your personal data available to recruiters and employers who use the Website to find suitable employees for specific roles that they are seeking to fill.
We will also share your personal data with our partner company Combi-Nations Recruitment Company Limited, to facilitate your search for work.
We will also use your personal data to provide you with the coaching or recruitment services that we provide, to manage your account and to email you about coaching or recruitment services which, for job seekers, includes job alerts and emails about newsletters, blogs and courses that are relevant to your fields of interest.
In order to provide the best services, ICCC may disclose your name on certain pages. We may also disclose personally identifiable information in the establishment or exercise of legal rights or defences against legal claims, to comply with applicable laws or regulations, to comply with a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order or to investigate suspected fraud or a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use. We will never sell user information to any 3rd-party not affiliated with the ICCC, without consent, except in connection with the sale or merger of ICCC or the division responsible for such services provided.
ICCC may also use such Voluntary Information for marketing its products and services to you unless you have ‘opted out’ of receiving such marketing information from us. User may ‘opt out’ by contacting customer service at IC Career Coaching (ICCC).
ICCC may, from time to time, send or post surveys or requests for your feedback in order to help us make our web site and services better. Any responses we receive from users will be used only to evaluate our web site and services and no personally identifiable information from respondents will be shared with any non-employees of ICCC, except that information provided in the Feedback/Comments areas.
ICCC may, from time to time, send notices about special offers, promotions or contests. If you sign up to participate in any of these, we will collect your email address. If you are chosen for a promotion or as a winner in a contest, you give ICCC permission to use your name, image and other information about you, for marketing purposes.
To maintain customer service standards and to assist staff training, we may record and monitor incoming calls.

Does ICCC have a newsletter?
ICCC regularly sends out a Newsletter via email (hereinafter “Newsletter”) to all Users (unless they have ‘opted-out’). In these Newsletters, we may inform you about new features from IC Career Coaching and about the upcoming week’s events or special promotions.

Disclosure of your information
Your personal data is stored on our servers which are in the European Economic Area. If we share your personal data with any third party service provider in the course of providing you with our services, those third parties are required to process your data in accordance with contracts which comply with data protection legislation.

Is my information private with company merchants and advertisers?
The only Voluntary Information that may be shared between ICCC and one of our partner web sites is that which pertains to information used in the furtherance of tracking an order and providing you with correct information regarding same.
Order information, including order numbers and amounts, may be available to ICCC affiliate merchants and 3rd-party affiliate program management companies, for accurate tracking purposes. ICCC will not release this information to other parties unless you request it.
ICCC provides banner and other advertising on its web site, from Google and other third parties, that may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons to collect information in the course of advertisements being served. If you are concerned about your privacy regarding these advertisements, please refer to Google’s (or other third party) privacy policies.
What about data security?

May I see the information ICCC collects about me?
You are entitled to see the personal information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us at IC Career Coaching We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you, but we may at our discretion waive this charge.
Can I Opt-out?
ICCC gives users the option to remove personally identifiable information from our list of active users. You may also choose to opt-out of certain communications from ICCC, such as our Newsletter.
If you want to unsubscribe or opt-out of communications from us, send an email to Customer Service at IC Career Coaching. We will respond within 48 hours.
ICCC is not responsible for removing personally identifiable information from the lists of any 3rd-party partner or advertiser who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this Policy.
Where is the web site located?
ICCC web site is maintained in the United Kingdom. If you are located outside of the U.K., by using the web site, you authorise the import of you information and its use, as specified in this Policy.
What is the minimum age to use this website?
Use of and products/services are intended for persons who are eighteen (18) years or older, or business entities.
If proof comes to the attention of ICCC that an individual user is under the age of eighteen (18) years, and is accessing our services and/or products without the consent, approval or authorisation of their parents or legal guardian, ICCC will immediately terminate such account.

ICCC never uses or installs spy ware on user computers, nor do we use spy ware to retrieve information from user computers.
